Building in Lake Windcrest, Audubon, & High Meadow Ranch
Magnolia runs from newer master-planned sections with utilities at the street to acreage on a private well and septic. We build in both. On the bigger lots, the septic field is what decides where the pool can sit, so we locate it before we draw anything.
From there it is the whole backyard: a custom gunite pool and spa, the outdoor kitchen, the covered patio, the fire feature, and the decking that connects them.

New pools and spas, plus the outdoor kitchen, covered patio, fire feature, and decking that go around them. One crew for all of it.

Send us the address and we will come walk it. We find the septic field and the well, check the setbacks, and come back with a design and a price broken out line by line.

What comes with a Supreme build:
4,800 pools and counting: Supreme has been building across Greater Houston since 1981, on the coastal clay down south and the sandier ground up here in Montgomery County.
Magnolia lot know-how: We mark the tank, the field lines, and the wellhead before the first sketch, then place the shell, deck, and equipment pad clear of all of it.
Permits handled: County filing for most addresses, a city permit for homes inside the limits, and the architectural review your neighborhood wants. We prepare and submit all of it.
One crew, one number to call: Design, engineering, permitting, excavation, gunite, finish work, and startup all run through the same team, so your build never gets handed off.
Experience, Quality, and Unmatched Craftsmanship
At Supreme Pools & Spas, we deliver exceptional craftsmanship, innovative designs, and top-tier service. With 40+ years of experience, we're Houston’s trusted name for custom pools and spas.

Most Magnolia addresses sit in unincorporated Montgomery County, so the county handles it, and the site plan has to show your septic field and well. Homes inside the city limits go through the City of Magnolia instead, where fencing is a separate filing. We sort out which applies and submit it.
Usually yes, but the septic field decides the layout rather than the other way around. We locate the tank and the drip or spray lines first, keep the shell, decking, and equipment pad off them, and route excavation traffic around the field so nothing heavy parks on it.
Plan on 10 to 12 weeks of build time once the design is approved and the permit clears. Size, features, weather through the dig and the pour, and how fast the county and your HOA turn approvals around all move it.
In the platted communities, yes. Audubon, Escondido, Lake Windcrest, Mostyn Manor, and High Meadow Ranch all run designs past an architectural committee first. We build the submittal to that committee’s standards so it clears on the first pass. Unrestricted acreage has no committee.
Yes, either alongside the pool or on its own. We do the kitchens, pergolas, patio covers, fire pits, and decking in-house. When it goes in with the pool, we rough in the gas, electrical, and drainage while the yard is already open.
It follows size, depth, finish, and what you build around it. For a local reference point, our Bragman project here in Magnolia is a 37 by 18.7 foot freeform with a tanning ledge, Pebble Sheen interior, and flagstone coping, and it ran $70,000 to $75,000. You get a line-item quote at the consultation.

It starts with a walk of the property. We mark what is already underground, work out what the county will want, and put a real design and a real number on paper.
Book a lot walk or call 281-350-4410, and we will get out to your Magnolia address this week.
