We design and build custom pools in Conroe with integrated spas, and outdoor living for homeowners looking for luxury in their backyards. From new master-planned sections, to established lots near Lake Conroe. We’ve been building pools in Greater Houston since 1981, and we handle permits and HOA approvals in-house.
Serving Conroe and Montgomery County Since 1981
We build custom gunite pools, spas, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire features, and full backyard projects across Conroe, from Lake Conroe waterfront properties to the city’s newest subdivisions. Design, permits, construction, and final inspection are all handled by us in-house.
Start with a free consultation and a 3D design. You’ll see the layout, finishes, and a detailed quote for your specific lot before committing to anything.
We build custom gunite pools in Conroe: geometric, freeform, tanning ledges, beach entries, and elevated spas on sloped or waterfront lots. Every project starts with a 3D design and a detailed quote. See our new pool construction work.
We build in-ground gunite spas, both attached spillover designs and standalone units, with jets, heaters, and automation included in the design phase. A custom spa can be added to a new pool build or planned as its own project.
We construct outdoor kitchens, covered patios, pergolas, fire pits and fire features, decking, and landscaping as part of a pool project or as standalone builds. Our outdoor living crews handle gas, electrical, and drainage rough-in during pool construction so nothing gets torn up twice.

Cost depends on the pool’s size, shape, finishes, and any spa or outdoor living features you add. Site conditions matter too: a flat suburban lot and a sloped waterfront lot are different projects. We provide a detailed quote with a 3D design after a free consultation, so you’re pricing your actual pool rather than an estimate range. Request a consultation to get started.
If your home is inside Conroe city limits, yes, the city requires a pool permit, and plans are reviewed under the adopted swimming pool code. Outside the city line in unincorporated Montgomery County, requirements differ, and many communities add their own architectural review. We confirm which rules apply to your address and handle the submittals as part of every project.
Most of our pools are completed in 8 to 12 weeks from the start of construction. Weather, permitting, and design complexity can extend that, and larger projects with extensive outdoor living construction take longer. We schedule the build phases up front so you know what’s happening in your backyard and when.
Yes. Sloped and waterfront lots need their elevations and drainage engineered before design is finalized, and lake-area communities usually require architectural review of the plans. We account for both in the design phase. Retaining structures, elevated spas, and pool placement that works with the slope are all part of how we approach these properties.
Yes. We build outdoor kitchens, covered patios, pergolas, fire features, and decking as standalone projects, not just alongside new pools. If you’re adding a pool later, we can design the outdoor living work so the future pool fits without redoing finished construction.
A consultation and 3D design are free, and most builds finish in 8 to 12 weeks. Call 281-350-4410 or send us your project details to get on the schedule.
